General Information
Information on Concorde is fairly sketchy, but it appears that the brand was based out of the Netherlands but source most if not all of their frames for firms in Italy, with some of them possibly being of Japanese origin.  Earliest Concorde bikes I've been able to find reference to appear to be around the mid-1980's era, however their paint schemes often suggest that most are from the later 80's time period and into the early 90's.

History
Concorde was a dutch brand of the company Veltec Veltec was founded by Manfred Krikke from the netherlands and later continued by his son Jurgen Krikke. Veltec bought Italian racing bike frames, painted them and equipped them themselves. According some sources (including catalogs), the Concorde brand started their activities in 1982, and finished in 1993. The frames were mainly made of Columbus tubes of various qualities. Concorde bikes were internally equipped with croming, details and pantographs like those of the Italian brands Colnago and Tommasini. Many fully equipped steel road bikes weighed less than 10 kg. Dutch cycling team PDM-Concorde used bikes under the Concorde brand name. However, the frames were made by Ciöcc. The PDM team riders used Concorde frames made of Columbus SLX or TSX (the 1993 catalog specifies the „Squadra“-models either with Columbus Max or Genius Tubing). Later, they switched to aluminum frames mainly for the mountain stages of the Tour de France. From 1994 they marketed several models, both, aluminum and steel, but never reached the same popularity than in the PDM-lugged steel era. In February 2013, Veltec announced bankrupcy.
