Model General Information

Frame bought from H.O. Smith and Sons, Cycle Agents, 63/65 Copley Road, Doncaster in 1982.  I was told by shopowner, Bob Read, (died in early 90's) that it was made in a unit on the old Carlton factory that had recently closed.  This has been confirmed by Jeremy Mortimer of the Carlton website and Dave Marsh of Universal Cycles who made these frames.  Still not sure what grade of tubing it is.
