General Information
Several versions of this stem exist.  Expander bolt came in early 12mm hex head and later flush 6mm Allen head.  Based on pictures of the Fuji S10-S bikes that used this stem from 1971 through 1976 the change to the Allen head occurred with the 1975 model.  Later S10-S's changed to an entirely different Nitto stem.   

Expanders also varied from the wedge to conical versions.  See photo for examples.

From a Japanese based ebay sale: "Nitto no longer have the moulds for these stems so they will never be re-issued."
