General Information
The Aerox line was SR's top end for several years starting in the early 80's. It replaced the "Royal" line.  In many ways it looked like those cranks in the CR and SR series, but in a smooth satin anodized finish.

One piece forged Super Duralumin with Cold Rolled Chainrings.  Cranks have chain collector catch.

There is also a AEC-T200 (AE-5TRG) triple ring variant which has a 74mm inner BCD mounting.

The Part numbers changed from the "AE-" to the "AEC-" designations between the 1982 and 1983 catalog years.

Date of Manufacturing / Production Code for SR seatposts (at least for the 80's):
The date of prodcution of SR (Laprade) seatposts is shown around the min.insert line as follows:
"letter"-"double digit number", e.g. F-81 oder L-81, while the letter should be the month and the number will be the year of production.
So F-81 seems to be June 1981 while L-81 would indicate December 1981.
