General Information
These would look to be OEM/private labelled bars produced for Dawes bikes. Manufacturer name written lengthways on the centre bulge. I can't be too sure these are actually 80's bars- the engraving style does suggest this, to my eyes, although apparently this manufacturer has been making bars since the 60's. And it would seem that, since GB were the ones making Dawes' bars through the 60's/70's period, this  suggests that Chambers Churchill took over production when the GB company began winding down after this time? See my other entry (and one other) for examples of the 60's/70's bars.
