General Information
A rather interesting set of cantilever brakes by CLB.  From all appearances, there are no springs built into the brakes themselves, rather it relies by the sprung steel straddle wire to keep the brakes off the rims when they are not applied.  Has the additional side effect of not having to worry about the straddle cable falling down into the wheel if the cable was to break.
