General Information
Group Family General Info: Shimano Dura-Ace was introduced in the mid 1970's as their flagship road racing group.  While their early generations often found itself on a very wide range of bicycles, by the 1980's the group was starting to make a name for itself as a true competitor of Campagnolo's Record group.
General Info: Shimano Dura-Ace 10 track groupset used a 10mm pitch chain and gears. See the comparison photo above (on Group View page) of the standard Dura-Ace track group (left) compared to the Dura-Ace 10 track group (right).
