The widely known and highly regarded frame pump by Silca.  Came in a wide range of colors, for many many years.  This one is topped by a pump head made by Campagnolo.

The pump pictured is the non-frame fit variation.  It was used with a pump clip, like the Campy Umbrella pump clip.  There was a later frame-fit variation with a concave handle end that was sprung to hold itself under the bottom of the top tube. It required no pump clip.  Both varieties came in an assortment of lengths.
