Appears to be the First Generation Dura-Ace front derailleur.  Clamp came in both silver and black variations.  Weight: 105g.  73-74 this model was known as the E-404, in 75 it was renamed the EA-100 to become more standardized with the rest of the Dura-Ace group in 75.  Alloy body, steel cage.

Details:   The introduction of Dura-Ace in the mid 1970's, along with the indroduction of the Shimano 600 group were Shimano's first attempts at a professional quality road racing component group.  The first Generation Dura-Ace was updated and renamed the 7100 series by around 1977/78.
