General Information
This Phillips Celtonia 3 cog freewheel was found on a early 1950s Raleigh Record Ace (RRA) mounted on a BH AirLite Continental rear hub.   Advertisement shows Phillips derailleur that was also mounted on the RRA.  Note the description that the derailleur is "supplied with 14, 17, 20 triple freewheel as standard".   I suspect this freewheel came with the derailleur as part of a set.
