General Information

One of the original touring groups from Shimano, the Deore name eventually became a Mountain Bike group in the late 80's and on.  This early 80's Deore group uses Shimano's 1" x 24tpi over sized pedal thread standard also found on the AX groups of the same time period.

There were two versions of the Deore double crank.  One given model number FC-DE20 (double LD Type), the other model FC-DE21 (double MD Type)
