General Information
Judging from the logo design, this tyre looks 70's IMO (found it on a 50's wheel, but definitely more modern than this). 'Altika' is clearly its model name- the MPP seen alongside is only a design feature: apparently standing for Michelin Puncture Protector, as seen written further along the sidewall. Didn't realise features of this kind had been available as far back as the 70's:)

 Michelin was incorporated in 1888, and was awarded its first patent for a removable pneumatic tire in 1891.  Cyclist Charles Terront used this new removable tire that same year in his win at Paris-Brest-Paris.
