Sparta was founded in 1917. Sparta made only motor scooters and motor cycles between 1958 and 1967. Joining Accell Group in 2001, Sparta has long had a tradition of innovation with some emphasis on motorized and electric bikes as well as bikes focussed on special client groups such as new mothers and the elderly.
