Cable tidys are used to keep exposed brake cable housings from flopping around. This Roto version is an imitation of the Specialites TA ref:34; it has aluminum sleeves for the front and rear cable housings attached by a steel spring.

 Part of the Rampinelli Company, produced parts such as pedals and headsets in the mid 1970's and into the 1980's.  Also produced cast lugs, BB shells and some poorly executed copies of french derailleurs.
