Girardengo varied the design of the headbadge slightly during the 50ies. This seems to be the oldest variant. Later ones had Girardengo's signature over the rider.
This version is from a frame reputedly bought in the erly 50ies. It has been very badly repainted, but the colours seem to be close to the original.
