The VeloBase History of Mesko

Z. M. MESKO S.A. (Zaklady Metalowe MESKO S.A - Metal Works MESKO Joint Stock Company) is a Polish factory founded in 1922 located in the city of Skarzysko-Kamienna. Before World War II, the factory produced ammunition. After World War II, Z.M. MESKO produced various metal products, among them utility bicycles in the 1950’ and 1960’. Over time, the factory changed its name. At the moment, the factory exists under the old traditional name of MESKO S.A. (Spólka Akcyjna, Joint Stock Company), but it does not produce bicycles, but again arms and ammunition.
