frame:  is HOTTA TT700, full monocoque carbon TT frame, HOTTA = english company, Chris Boardman won the Tour de France Prologue on a simmilar frame in 1996, the frame is rebadged with Eddy Merckx labels, on the frame there is also a small name lable: Malfait Hendrick - maybe former owner?  there are also bikes made labled with: "Dunlop Hotta",

 Eddy Merckx rode frames during his career built by a number of builders such as Masi, Colnago, and De Rosa.  After his retirement from cycling Merckx set up his own frame manufacturing business with the guidance and help of Ugo DeRosa where they turned out nicely crafted machines.  There are also a number of Molteni Merckx branded frames which were produced by Falcon in England.
