Model General Information
This is the first issue Specialized Allez, Designed by Tim Neenan.  The Allez and Sequoia framsets were advertised in magazines in the early 1980's.  They were built with Tange tubing under "Special Series Tubing" label.  Production may have begun as early as 1979.  The actual builder of this frameset is under investigation.
