Headbadge Information
This is on a frame branded by the Jan De Mol bikeshop in Heeswijk, Netherlands (est. 1984). I contacted the shop which still exists as of  December 2021, and Jan's son John who now runs the shop confirmed that this was one of their early racing bikes which were branded and sold by them (they built up frames with customer ordered components). Frame is potentially made by Martens (Martelly); Eddy Martens commented that it seemed like one of theirs, but could not be certain. Date is circa 1985-1987 based on Reynolds 531c decal and Simplex SJ A222 (badged as Gipiemme) front derailleur (direct tube mount, "French" style).
